NAS Luxury Black Car ServiceTerms, Policies, and Reservation Conditions
At NAS Luxury Black Car Service, we are committed to providing safe, reliable, and professional
transportation. The following policies are designed to protect both our clients and our chauffeurs
while ensuring a smooth and enjoyable service experience. By booking and using our services,
the client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions.
1. Reservations and Payment
All reservations are subject to availability and are not considered confirmed until
accepted by NAS Luxury Black Car Service.
Rates quoted at the time of booking are estimates based on the service details provided
by the client, including pickup and drop-off locations, time requested, vehicle selected,
passenger count, and any special instructions. Final charges may vary if the actual
service includes additional waiting time, extra stops, overtime, parking, tolls, airport fees,
meet-and-greet services, cleaning, damage, late-night service, or any other approved
service-related charges
A valid credit card or other approved payment method must be kept on file for all
reservations.
Payment is generally collected after the service has been completed, unless otherwise
stated or required in advance. By confirming a reservation, the client authorizes NAS
Luxury Black Car Service to charge the payment method on file for the final service
amount, including any applicable additional charges incurred in accordance with these
policies.
If a reservation includes extended wait time, extra stops, damage, sanitation issues,
policy violations, or other billable additions, those charges may be added to the final
invoice or charged to the card on file
For larger bookings, special events, holiday service, high-demand dates, interstate
travel, or at the discretion of NAS Luxury Black Car Service, a deposit or full prepayment
may be required in advance to secure the reservation.
Failure to provide valid payment information may result in cancellation of the reservation
or refusal of service.
2. Cancellation Policy

For airline weather delays, airline cancellations, or other flight-related disruptions, no
cancellation fee will apply provided the reservation is rescheduled with NAS Luxury
Black Car Service for a new service date and time. If the trip is not rescheduled,
cancellation charges may still apply.
No-shows may be treated as same-day cancellations and billed at the full reserved rate.
3. Flight Delays and Airport Transportation
NAS Luxury Black Car Service monitors flights when accurate flight details are provided
by the client in advance.
Airport reservations may also be subject to additional waiting charges, parking fees, tolls,
and airport access or meet-and-greet fees where applicable.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate flight information. NAS Luxury Black Car
Service is not responsible for service issues caused by incorrect or incomplete flight
details submitted at the time of booking.
4. Wait Time, Extra Stops, and Service Changes
Additional charges may apply for extra stops, route changes, multiple pickup or drop-off
points, extended waiting time, and any modifications made after the reservation has
been confirmed.
A 15-minute grace period is included for scheduled pickups. If the passenger is not
ready within 15 minutes of the scheduled pickup time, waiting time may be billed at the
applicable hourly rate.
Changes requested after the start of service may be accommodated based on
availability and are subject to additional charges.
5. Passenger Conduct and Vehicle Use
For the safety, comfort, and protection of all passengers and chauffeurs, the following are strictly
prohibited in all NAS Luxury Black Car Service vehicles:
- Smoking
- Vaping
- Illegal drug use
- Any unlawful or disorderly conduct
- Standing through the sunroof
- Exceeding the legal seating capacity of the vehicle
- Behavior that distracts, threatens, or endangers the chauffeur
Any fines, citations, penalties, or liabilities resulting from the actions of the client or any
member of their party will be the sole responsibility of the client.
Any alcohol brought into the vehicle must comply with applicable law, and consumption
is solely the responsibility of the passenger.
Smoking or vaping in any vehicle is strictly prohibited. A $500 smoking fee will be
charged for any violation.
NAS Luxury Black Car Service reserves the right to terminate service immediately,
without refund, if any passenger engages in unsafe, abusive, threatening, destructive, or
illegal behavior.
6. Cleaning, Sanitation, and Damage
The client assumes full financial responsibility for any damage caused to the vehicle by
the client or any member of their party during the service period
A $250 damage or sanitation fee will be charged for each cleaning or damage incident,
including but not limited to spills, stains, excessive trash, smoke odor, mud, bodily fluids,
or other sanitation issues requiring special cleaning.
Excessive damage beyond normal cleaning will be billed at the full cost of repair,
replacement, restoration, professional detailing, or vehicle downtime, and may be
charged to the payment method on file.
7. Safety and Monitoring
All NAS Luxury Black Car Service vehicles may be equipped with audio and video
recording devices for the safety and protection of both clients and chauffeurs. By
entering the vehicle, passengers acknowledge and accept that recording may be in use.
Seat belts must be worn at all times by all passengers in accordance with state and local
law.
Child safety seats and other legally required child restraint accommodations are the
responsibility of the client unless specifically requested and arranged in advance with
NAS. NAS may be able to accommodate child restraint seating upon advance request,
subject to availability and prior confirmation
Service may be refused if the client fails to provide or properly arrange the legally required documents
child restraint accommodations
8. Vehicle Capacity and Luggage
Vehicles may not be loaded beyond their legal seating capacity under any
circumstances.
NAS Luxury Black Car Service reserves the right to refuse service if the number of
passengers or amount of luggage exceeds safe operating limits for the reserved vehicle.
9. Lost and Found
NAS Luxury Black Car Service is not responsible for personal items left behind in
vehicles.
If an item is found, reasonable efforts will be made to notify the client and arrange for its
return. Additional delivery, handling, or shipping charges may apply.
10. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service
NAS Luxury Black Car Service reserves the right to refuse or terminate service without
refund in situations involving unsafe conditions, illegal activity, threatening behavior,
harassment, property damage, policy violations, or any conduct that places the
chauffeur, vehicle, or other passengers at risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
NAS Luxury Black Car Service shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform
caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to
traffic conditions, road closures, weather, accidents, flight delays, airline schedule
changes, acts of God, public emergencies, or mechanical issues beyond reasonable control
preventative control.
While every effort is made to provide timely and dependable service, NAS Luxury Black
Car Service does not guarantee that unforeseen circumstances will not affect travel time.
12. Agreement to Terms
By booking, confirming, or using the service with NAS Luxury Black Car Service, the client
acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and policies
in full.
